How it started

The Flow of Charleston was founded by Brandon Ellis, a lifelong plumber who grew up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina working alongside his grandfather, and eventually running a plumbing business of his own. Through his decades of hands on experience, and wisdom from his grandfather, he learned the importance of maintenance, especially when it comes to water heaters, watching tankless units fail in as little as 4 or 5 years without the proper care. We at The Flow of Charleston are committed to keeping homeowners informed so that this does not happen. We know that tankless water heater maintenance can be expensive, so we strive to keep our rates competitive and fair, while providing quality customer service to our customers and meaningful job opportunities and living wages to our growing team.
