Maintenance and more.

Our services

Tankless water heater maintenance

All of our team members in the field are trained to perform annual maintenance on any tankless water heater, regardless of manufacturer or location. The average flush takes about an hour, during which time you can expect to have running cold water, but not hot water. The only thing that we require to perform a flush is the presence of service valves. If you are unsure whether or not your tankless water heater was installed with service valves, one of our team members can verify. To help with verification, you may be asked to provide a photo of your water heater upon scheduling your first appointment. If you are unable to take a photo, someone from our team will be happy to come out and confirm that the proper valves are present.

Service valve installation and water heater replacement

In the event that your tankless water heater was installed without service valves, or if your existing service valves are defective, we have an experienced plumber on our team to install or replace them in order for your unit to be serviced. If your tankless water heater has reached the end of its life, we can also facilitate replacement of the entire unit.
